Pastor
Armen Bagdyan
(Ephesians 4:11-16)
Christians in our church are released to do ministry, establish organization, troubleshoot problems, and creatively accomplish the purpose of their ministry. Pastors and leaders are like coaches who are there to prepare the players (Christians) for the game (ministry). This means pastors are not to play the game for them or with them, but they are to be in support of them as they fulfill God’s call and gifting in their lives.

(Luke 4:18,19)
Although not everyone is called to the office of an evangelist, we are all called to love non-Christians by serving them, meeting their felt needs (physical, emotional, spiritual), and most importantly, calling them to repent and believe in Christ’s work as sufficient for our salvation. In the process of meeting their need(s), we see to it that they understand the gospel and are encouraged to make contact with a local Bible-centered church.

(1 Corinthians 12)
Our pastors are committed in helping leaders and members discover their gifts and release them to use their gifts in area of ministry that fits them best. When believers do church ministry on a consistent basis according to gifting, they tend to operate more on God’s strength than their own because the Holy Spirit empowers what He has uniquely gifted people for.
